一開始喜歡上這首歌，是從Tabi調音remix的版本開始，跟其搭配的復古動畫(上圖)(來自天野喜孝 2016年的動畫作品「一千零一夜」)相互輝映出一種沉溺其中的感覺，單曲循環好久
回去找原版聽，像是奮起
後來發現兩版交替循環播放也別有滋味
直到寫文才發現是這首為rihanna翻唱自 Tame Impala 的 New Person, Same Old Mistakes
但還是私心Tabi復古，以及rihanna翻唱版本(
歌詞中，除了自己與他人的不和諧，還有自己內心中的不和諧，混雜在一起(畢竟人們也容易內化別人對自己的期望)
其中一句歌詞「Two sides of me can't agree 心中的對立面無法統一」
很有趣的，從表現形式就貫穿整首歌
一句歌詞和緊隨在後括號中的歌詞互相對立抗爭，充滿矛盾
然而明明聽起來很苦惱，卻又有種釋然的感覺，就是這首歌的奇妙之處(?)
大概讓自己滿意時，必有人不滿意
於是接受這樣的矛盾，做出肯定自己的選擇......
畢竟只有自己能為自己發聲；如果事事都為別人考慮或是依循教條，那自己的本心又該怎麼辦呢
要不被常理所限，就必須時常重新思考對自己獨有的特殊意義，尤其當周遭的環境都是和自己相左的聲音時更是如此
然而作詞者又謹慎地考量當自己不去理周遭的聲音時，是否會變得過於武斷偏激
於是不斷問自己，
直到最後接受了這樣的狀態，大概是相信了自己的直覺吧
圓滿的狀態，竟然是如此不和諧，也是挺有趣以及不可思議的......如果這是正確的(笑
